How can South Sudan emerge from crisis?

The forum for Sudan and South Sudan arranges a conference where they address the political and humanitarian aspects of the crisis in the youngest state in the world. Prominent guests from both Norway and South Sudan will participate in the debate. In the evening, the Council for Africa will arrange a debate on the history of Norway and Sudan (later South Sudan).
