Den 27. desember 2007 avholdt Kenya sitt fjerde flerpartivalg. Da valgkommisjonen noen dager senere kunngjorde at den sittende presidenten, Mwai Kibaki, hadde vunnet valget, gikk Kenya inn i en av de alvorligste politiske krisene landet har opplevd i sin 45-årige historie. Opprøret og volden som herjet landet til midten av februar 2008 etterlot seg rundt 1200 drepte og 300.000 internt fordrevne. Les mer >
